١. البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

يستخدم أثر التخزين المحلي وقواعد بيانات المتصفح لحفظ الإعدادات، المفضلة، مواضع القراءة، الملاحظات والتظليل، تقدم الأذكار والقرآن والحديث، سجلات الصلاة والتسبيح والمهام، التذكيرات، المحتوى الذي تضيفه، وسجل المشاهدة وتفضيلات المحتوى. ويُحفَظ سجل محادثات «اسأل أثر» وملفك الاختياري وذاكرة الأسئلة محليًا أيضًا. قد تُنزَّل النصوص والصور والتلاوات أو تُخزَّن مؤقتًا للاستخدام دون اتصال.

تُستخدم هذه البيانات لعرض تقدمك، استئناف القراءة، تخصيص المحتوى وجدولة التنبيهات. تُحفَظ بعض عدادات التفاعل داخل الجهاز لتحسين تجربته. التخزين المحلي لا يعني أن كل ميزات التطبيق تعمل دون إرسال بيانات، ولا يحمي البيانات من شخص يستطيع الوصول إلى جهازك المفتوح.

٢. الحساب والمزامنة الاختيارية

عند اختيار تسجيل الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني أو Google، تعالج Supabase بيانات المصادقة، ومنها بريدك ومعرّف حسابك وبيانات الملف التي يتيحها مزود تسجيل الدخول، مثل الاسم والصورة. تُحفَظ جلسة الدخول محليًا. تتولى Google إجراءات الدخول وفق سياستها.

يتيح تسجيل الدخول مزامنة بيانات التطبيق إلى Supabase وبين أجهزتك: التقدم وسجلات النشاط والصلاة، المفضلة، مواضع القراءة، الملاحظات والتظليل، التذكيرات وعناوينها ومواعيدها، الإعدادات والمدن المفضلة، سجل المشاهدة وتفضيلات المحتوى، والمحتوى المخصص وهوية الترتيب. يُرسل أيضًا معرّف عشوائي للتثبيت وبيانات توقيت ومراجعة المزامنة لتنسيق التحديثات.

إذا وجدت بيانات سابقة دون حساب، يعرض التطبيق خيار نسخها إلى الحساب أو إبقائها منفصلة. لا تدخل محادثات «اسأل أثر» في المزامنة السحابية؛ اختيار نقل سجلها ينقل نسخة محلية إلى مساحة الحساب على الجهاز نفسه. تسجيل الخروج لا يحذف الحساب أو النسخة السحابية أو النسخ المحلية المحفوظة.

٣. لوحة الترتيب والبيانات الظاهرة للآخرين

عندما تكون خدمة الترتيب متاحة ومتصلًا بالإنترنت، يرسل التطبيق تلقائيًا ملخصات النشاط إلى خدمة الترتيب المستضافة على Supabase، حتى دون تسجيل الدخول أو فتح صفحة الترتيب. تشمل الإرساليات معرّفًا مستعارًا، الاسم المعروض، بصمة للتحقق من هوية الترتيب، تاريخ الانضمام، اليوم والتوقيت، والنقاط وعدادات الأذكار وآيات القرآن والصلوات والمهام والتسبيح والأقسام.

قد يظهر الاسم المعروض والنقاط والترتيب وتاريخ الانضمام ونتائج الفترات والأقسام للمستخدمين الآخرين. الأرقام ناتجة عن النشاط الذي يسجله التطبيق أو تدخله أنت، وليست تحققًا مستقلًا من أداء العبادة. تُستخدم أيضًا سجلات الإرسال ومراجعة الأسماء لمنع التكرار والإساءة وتنظيم الترتيب. لا تضع بيانات شخصية حساسة في الاسم المعروض.

٤. «اسأل أثر» والذكاء الاصطناعي

يمكنك استخدام «اسأل أثر» دون تسجيل الدخول. يمر الطلب عبر Supabase إلى مزود MiniMax. يشمل رسالتك وسياق الصفحة والتاريخ والوقت التقريبي، وأحدث ١٦ رسالة ضمن حد إجمالي يبلغ ٤٨ ألف حرف، ومقتطفات دينية مرتبطة بالسؤال. الحد الأقصى للرسالة الواحدة ٨ آلاف حرف. ما تكتبه بنفسك في الرسالة يُرسَل ضمن الطلب.

خيار «السياق الشخصي» معطّل افتراضيًا. إذا فعّلته، يمكن إضافة تقدمك ووردك وختمتك وسلسلة نشاطك، والاسم والأهداف والمشاغل التي اخترتها في الملف، وذاكرة الأسئلة وتقدير للحالة الشعورية من النص. يمكنك تعطيله من «اسأل أثر» لإيقاف إضافة هذا السياق إلى الطلبات اللاحقة؛ التعطيل لا يسحب الطلبات السابقة.

لا تُضاف التذكيرات المحفوظة إلى الطلب إلا عندما تسأل عن تذكيراتك أو جدولك المحفوظ. ويمكن للرد اقتراح تذكير يُحفَظ عند اختيارك إضافته. تحتفظ خدمة أثر بعدادات استخدام يومية مرتبطة بالحساب أو بالاستخدام المجهول لضبط حدود الطلبات والتكلفة، وتستخدم تحديدًا مؤقتًا لمعدل طلبات الضيوف لمنع الإساءة. لا يُحفَظ سجل المحادثة في قاعدة بيانات الحساب أو يُزامَن إليها.

تذكر سياسة MiniMax تخزين البيانات الشخصية في الولايات المتحدة والاحتفاظ بها للمدة اللازمة للغرض أو المسموح بها قانونًا ثم حذفها أو جعلها مجهولة. وتتيح شروطها استخدام المدخلات والمخرجات لتشغيل خدماتها وتطويرها وتحسينها. لا نَعِد بمعالجة مؤقتة فقط أو بعدم استخدام المحتوى للتحسين. تجنّب إدخال معلومات لا ترغب في إرسالها إلى هذه الخدمة.

٥. الموقع ومواقيت الصلاة والقبلة والمساجد

عند السماح بالموقع، يستخدم التطبيق إحداثياتك لتحديد المواقيت أو اتجاه القبلة أو المساجد القريبة. يمكن حفظ موقع الصلاة على جهازك لإعادة استخدامه. تُرسل الإحداثيات إلى Aladhan لجلب مواقيت الصلاة والتقويم؛ وعند استخدام البحث عن المساجد تُرسل الإحداثيات داخل استعلام إلى Overpass / OpenStreetMap. اختيار مدينة يرسل اسم المدينة والدولة وطريقة الحساب إلى Aladhan بدل إحداثيات الجهاز.

يُحسب اتجاه القبلة من الإحداثيات على الجهاز، وتُستخدم مستشعرات الاتجاه إن كانت متاحة. لا يستخدم التطبيق تتبعًا مستمرًا للموقع في الخلفية. يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه من إعدادات الجهاز أو المتصفح، واستخدام مواقيت المدينة. رفض الإذن وحده لا يمحو موقع صلاة سبق حفظه؛ يمكنك حذفه من إعدادات الموقع بالتطبيق.

٦. الميكروفون والعد بالصوت والتسميع

إذا فعّلت العد بالصوت في السبحة أو المتابعة الصوتية في التسميع، يُستخدم الميكروفون والتعرف على الكلام الذي يوفره المتصفح أو نظام التشغيل. قد تُرسل هذه الخدمة الصوت إلى خوادم مزود المتصفح أو النظام وفق إعداداته وسياساته؛ لا يضمن أثر أن التعرف يتم داخل الجهاز.

يستخدم التطبيق النص الناتج لمطابقة الذكر أو كلمات التلاوة، ولا يحفظ تسجيلات صوتية في سجل التطبيق أو يرسلها إلى MiniMax. يمكنك إيقاف الوضع الصوتي وسحب إذن الميكروفون. تظل وسائل العد والتسميع اليدوية متاحة.

٧. المحتوى والخدمات الخارجية

عند تحميل نصوص أو ترجمات أو شروح أو صور أو خطوط أو تشغيل صوت أو فيديو، يتصل التطبيق بمصادر المحتوى وخوادم التوزيع ذات الصلة. تشمل هذه المصادر، بحسب الميزة، Quran Foundation / Quran.com، HadeethEnc، الدرر السنية، Wikipedia، GitHub Pages وموقع ahmedelfashny.com وjsDelivr، EveryAyah للتلاوات، Qurango وRadiojar للراديو، وGoogle Fonts وYouTube. بعض طلبات الترجمة والتخريج تمر عبر Supabase. وعند فتح اتجاهات مسجد في Google Maps، تُرسل إحداثيات المسجد إلى خدمة الخرائط التي تختار فتحها.

يمكن أن يتلقى المصدر عنوان IP ومعلومات الطلب والمتصفح أو الجهاز، ومعرّف السورة أو الحديث أو الفيديو أو نص البحث المطلوب. يستخدم تضمين YouTube النطاق youtube-nocookie.com حيثما أمكن، لكنه يظل اتصالًا بخدمة Google وقد تستخدم الخدمة أدواتها الخاصة عند التشغيل. تخضع الروابط والمحتويات الخارجية لسياسات أصحابها.

لا يتضمن أثر منصة إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل تسويقي خارجية. قد يعرض المحتوى المضمّن من مزود خارجي إعلانات أو يجمع بيانات وفق سياساته. تُستخدم البيانات الموضحة في هذه السياسة لتقديم الميزات والمزامنة والأمان والدعم، ولا يبيع أثر بياناتك الشخصية.

٨. الإشعارات والنسخ الاحتياطي والمشاركة

عند منح إذن الإشعارات وتفعيل التذكيرات، تُجدول التنبيهات على الجهاز أو في المتصفح. قد تظهر عناوين التذكيرات ومحتواها على شاشة القفل، وقد تُعرض بيانات تقدمك في ودجات النظام. يمكنك تعطيل التنبيهات أو تعديل عرضها من إعدادات النظام.

تتيح الإعدادات تصدير بيانات التطبيق إلى ملف واستيرادها. وقد تتيح أدوات «اسأل أثر» تصدير محادثاتك. ملفات التصدير قد تحتوي على ملاحظات وتذكيرات وسجل نشاط خاص؛ احتفظ بها في مكان تثق به. المشاركة ترسل الملف أو النص أو الصورة إلى التطبيق أو الجهة التي تختارها، بما في ذلك خدمات حفظ الملفات. لا يرفع أثر نسخة تصدير تلقائيًا إلى خدمة مشاركة. وقد تشمل آليات النسخ الاحتياطي أو نقل الجهاز التي يوفرها Android أو iOS بيانات التطبيق وفق إعداداتك وسياسات النظام.

٩. الأمان والمعالجة خارج بلدك

تستخدم طلبات الخدمات المذكورة اتصالات HTTPS. تُحمى بيانات المزامنة بضوابط حساب على الخادم لتقييد الوصول إلى مالكها، وتبقى مفاتيح خدمات الخادم في الخادم. هذه الضوابط لا تعني تشفيرًا بين الطرفين؛ تحتاج الخدمات إلى معالجة البيانات لإتمام ميزاتها. يمكن لمزودي الاستضافة والخدمات معالجة بيانات الاتصال والسجلات التشغيلية للأمان ومنع الإساءة.

قد تُعالج البيانات في دول غير بلد إقامتك، ومنها الولايات المتحدة وفق سياسة MiniMax، ومناطق الاستضافة التي يستخدمها Supabase ومزودو المحتوى. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا. راجع اتفاقية معالجة البيانات لدى Supabase وسياسة Google للمعلومات الخاصة بخدماتهما.

١٠. مدة الاحتفاظ

• الجهاز: تبقى البيانات المحلية حتى تحذفها بالأدوات المتاحة أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو الموقع. قد تُزال بعض الملفات المؤقتة حسب حدود التخزين. تسجيل الخروج لا يمحو البيانات المحلية، والنسخ الموجودة في أجهزة أخرى أو ملفات التصدير مستقلة.
• الحساب: تبقى بيانات الحساب والمزامنة ما دام الحساب قائمًا أو إلى أن تُحذف البيانات أو الحساب. لا توجد مهلة حذف تلقائي موحدة بسبب عدم الاستخدام.
• الترتيب: يُحتفَظ بملخصات النقاط وتاريخ الترتيب وبيانات الهوية والإشراف لتشغيل اللوحة ومراجعة الإساءة، إلى حين حذفها. إزالة سجل إرسال تفصيلي لا تعني إزالة ملخص النقاط أو ترتيب الفترات. يمكنك طلب حذف سجلات هويتك بالطريقة أدناه.
• الخدمات الخارجية: تخضع سجلات الاتصال ونسخ الاستضافة والبيانات التي عالجها مزود خارجي لسياساته وترتيبات الخدمة. لا تحدد هذه السياسة مدة موحدة لاحتفاظ جميع المزودين، ولا تَعِد بمحو جميع نسخهم فور حذف الحساب. يُراعى أي احتفاظ يفرضه القانون أو يلزم لأمن الخدمة عند معالجة طلبك.

١١. حذف الحساب والبيانات وطلب نسخة

داخل التطبيق: افتح «الإعدادات» ثم «الحساب والمزامنة» واختر «حذف الحساب» وأكّد الطلب. يتطلب الحذف اتصالًا بالإنترنت والتحقق من جلسة الحساب. يحذف هذا المسار حساب الدخول وملف الحساب وبيانات المزامنة المرتبطة به في Supabase. تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق لا يحذف الحساب السحابي.

سجلات الترتيب: تستخدم اللوحة هوية مستعارة منفصلة، وقد لا ترتبط السجلات القديمة بحساب الدخول. لا يضمن مسار حذف الحساب الحالي إزالة جميع سجلات الترتيب القديمة. لطلب إزالة بيانات الترتيب أيضًا، تواصل بالطريقة أدناه واذكر الاسم المعروض وأي معرّف ترتيب تستطيع الوصول إليه. قد نطلب معلومات ضرورية للتحقق من ملكيتك دون كشف بيانات مستخدم آخر.

دون فتح التطبيق: يمكنك طلب حذف حساب أثر وبياناته، أو بيانات الترتيب، أو طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها عبر بريد التواصل أدناه. أرسل من بريد الحساب إن أمكن، وحدد المطلوب بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات أثر» أو «طلب نسخة من بيانات أثر». لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز دخول أو مفتاحًا سريًا. سنوضح نطاق الحذف وأي بيانات يتعذر ربطها بهويتك أو يجب الاحتفاظ بها وسبب ذلك عند معالجة الطلب.

النسخ المحلية: حذف الحساب السحابي لا يمحو البيانات من أجهزتك أو ملفات التصدير أو الجهات التي شاركتها معها. احذف المحادثات من أدوات «اسأل أثر»، واستخدم أدوات الحذف المتاحة للبيانات الأخرى أو امسح بيانات التطبيق من نظام الجهاز أو بيانات الموقع من المتصفح. يمكنك تصدير نسخة من بيانات التطبيق من «الإعدادات» قبل الحذف. تعطيل السياق الشخصي أو حذف محادثة محلية لا يلغي معالجة سابقة لدى MiniMax؛ يمكنك طلب المساعدة بشأنها عبر جهة التواصل.

١٢. الأطفال والتغييرات

لا تطلب الميزات المحلية الأساسية عمرًا أو بيانات اتصال. خدمة MiniMax المستخدمة في «اسأل أثر» غير مخصصة لمن هم دون ١٦ عامًا وفق شروطها المنشورة؛ لا تستخدم الميزة أو تقدم بيانات طفل إليها إذا لم يستوفِ شروطها. إذا اعتقدت أن بيانات طفل أُرسلت عبر أثر، تواصل معنا لبحث حذفها.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر الميزات أو طريقة التعامل مع البيانات. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، وتظل النسخة الحالية متاحة هنا دون الحاجة إلى حساب. سنقدم الإفصاح أو نطلب الإذن داخل التطبيق عندما تتطلب ميزة جديدة ذلك.

١٣. التواصل بشأن الخصوصية

1. Data stored on your device

ATHAR uses local storage and browser databases for preferences, favorites, reading positions, notes and highlights, adhkar/Quran/hadith progress, prayer/tasbeeh/task records, reminders, your custom content, viewing history and content preferences. “Ask ATHAR” conversations, the optional companion profile and question memory are also stored locally. Text, images and recitations may be downloaded or cached for offline use.

These records show your progress, resume reading, personalize content and schedule reminders. Some interaction counters remain on the device to support the experience. Local storage does not mean every feature keeps all data on the device, or protect it from someone with access to your unlocked device.

2. Optional accounts and cloud sync

If you choose email or Google sign-in, Supabase processes authentication information, including your email, account ID and profile details provided by the sign-in provider, such as name and picture. The sign-in session is stored locally. Google handles its sign-in process under its own policy.

Signing in enables sync to Supabase and between your devices: progress and activity/prayer records, favorites, reading positions, notes/highlights, reminder text and schedules, preferences and favorite cities, viewing history/content preferences, custom content and ranking identity. A random installation ID and sync timestamps/revision information coordinate updates.

If you already have data without an account, the app offers to copy it into the account or keep it separate. Companion conversations are excluded from cloud sync; choosing to copy their history creates a local copy in the account’s storage on the same device. Signing out does not delete the account, cloud records or saved local copies.

3. Rankings and information visible to others

When the ranking service is available and the device is online, the app automatically submits activity summaries to the ranking service hosted on Supabase, including without sign-in or opening the ranking page. Submissions contain a pseudonymous ID, display name, identity-verification fingerprint, join date, date/time, scores and counts for adhkar, Quran verses, prayers, tasks, tasbeeh and sections.

Your display name, scores, rank, join date and period/section results may be visible to other users. Values reflect activity recorded by the app or reported by you; they are not independent verification of worship. Submission and name-moderation records also prevent replay and abuse and administer rankings. Avoid sensitive personal information in your display name.

4. “Ask ATHAR” and AI

You can use “Ask ATHAR” without signing in. The request passes through Supabase to MiniMax. It includes your message, page context, date and approximate time, up to 16 recent messages within a 48,000-character history limit, and religious excerpts relevant to your question. Each message has an 8,000-character limit. Information you type into a message is sent as part of that request.

“Personal context” is off by default. Enabling it can add progress, daily reading/khatma plans, activity streaks, your chosen profile name/goals/concerns, question memory and a mood estimate derived from text. You can disable it in “Ask ATHAR” to stop adding this context to later requests; this does not recall earlier requests.

Saved reminders are added only when you ask about your saved reminders or schedule. A reply may propose a reminder that is saved when you choose to add it. ATHAR maintains daily usage counters for account and anonymous requests to enforce usage and cost limits, and uses temporary rate limiting for guest requests to deter abuse. Conversation history is not stored in or synced to the account database.

MiniMax’s policy describes US storage and retention for the necessary purpose or as legally permitted, followed by deletion or anonymization. Its terms allow inputs/outputs to be used to operate, develop and improve its services. We do not promise ephemeral processing or exclusion from service improvement. Avoid sending information you do not want this service to process.

5. Location, prayer times, Qibla and nearby mosques

If you allow location access, the app uses coordinates for prayer times, Qibla direction or nearby mosques. Your prayer location may be saved on the device for reuse. Coordinates are sent to Aladhan for prayer times/calendar; mosque searches send coordinates in a query to Overpass / OpenStreetMap. Choosing a city sends the city, country and calculation method to Aladhan instead of device coordinates.

Qibla direction is calculated on the device, with orientation sensors where available. ATHAR does not continuously track background location. You can refuse/revoke permission in device/browser settings and use city prayer times. Revoking permission does not erase an already saved prayer location; you can remove it in the app’s location settings.

6. Microphone, voice counting and recitation practice

If you activate voice counting in the tasbeeh counter or voice following in recitation practice (Tasmee), microphone input is handled by the browser/operating system’s speech-recognition service. That service may transmit audio to its provider under its settings and policies; ATHAR does not guarantee on-device recognition.

The app uses recognized text to match a dhikr phrase or recitation words. It does not save audio recordings in the app’s history or send them to MiniMax. You can stop voice mode or revoke microphone access. Manual counting and recitation practice remain available.

7. External content and services

Loading text, translations, explanations, images or fonts, or playing audio/video, connects to the relevant content sources and distribution servers. Depending on the feature, these include Quran Foundation / Quran.com, HadeethEnc, Dorar, Wikipedia, GitHub Pages, ahmedelfashny.com and jsDelivr, EveryAyah recitations, Qurango and Radiojar radio streams, Google Fonts and YouTube. Some translation and hadith lookup requests pass through Supabase. Opening mosque directions in Google Maps sends the mosque’s coordinates to the map service you choose to open.

Providers may receive IP addresses, request and browser/device information, and the requested surah/hadith/video ID or search text. YouTube embeds use youtube-nocookie.com where possible, but still connect to Google and may use its own technologies during playback. External links and content are subject to their providers’ policies.

ATHAR contains no advertising platform or external marketing analytics tools. Embedded providers may show advertisements or collect data under their policies. ATHAR uses the data described here for features, sync, security and support and does not sell your personal data.

8. Notifications, backups and sharing

If you permit notifications and enable reminders, alerts are scheduled on the device or in the browser. Reminder titles/content may appear on the lock screen, and system widgets may display progress. You can disable alerts or change their visibility in system settings.

Settings allow app data to be exported to and imported from a file. Companion tools may also export conversations. Exports can contain private notes, reminders and activity records; store them somewhere you trust. Sharing sends a file/text/image to the app or recipient you choose, including file-storage services. ATHAR does not automatically upload exported backups to a sharing service. Android/iOS backup or device-transfer mechanisms may include app data according to your settings and the platform’s policies.

9. Security and international processing

The described services use HTTPS. Server account controls restrict access to synced records to their owner, and server service credentials stay on the server. These controls do not provide end-to-end encryption; services process data to deliver their features. Hosting and service providers may process connection information and operational logs for security and abuse prevention.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the US under MiniMax’s policy and in hosting regions used by Supabase and content providers. No storage or transfer method guarantees absolute security. See Supabase’s data processing agreement and Google’s policy for their services.

10. Retention

• Device: Local records remain until removed with available tools or by clearing app/site data. Some caches may be removed under storage limits. Signing out does not erase local records; copies on other devices or in export files are separate.
• Account: Account and sync records remain while the account exists or until the data/account is deleted. There is no uniform automatic deletion deadline for inactivity.
• Rankings: Score summaries, ranking history, identity and moderation records remain to operate rankings and review abuse until removed. Removing a detailed submission record does not remove score summaries or period rankings. You can request removal of your identity’s records as described below.
• External services: Connection logs, hosting backups and data processed by another provider follow its policies and service arrangements. This policy does not specify one retention period for all providers or promise immediate erasure of all their copies when an account is deleted. Legal and service-security retention needs are considered when a request is handled.

11. Delete an account or data, or request a copy

In the app: Open Settings (الإعدادات), then Account and sync (الحساب والمزامنة), choose Delete account (حذف الحساب), and confirm. This requires internet access and a verified account session. It deletes the sign-in account, account profile and linked sync records in Supabase. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete the cloud account.

Ranking records: Rankings use a separate pseudonymous identity, and older records may not be linked to your sign-in account. The current account-deletion path does not guarantee removal of all older ranking records. To request their removal too, contact us below with your display name and any accessible ranking ID. We may need proportionate information to verify ownership without exposing someone else’s data.

Without opening the app: You can request deletion of your ATHAR account/data or ranking records, or request access/correction, using the contact email below. Use your account email if possible and specify what you want with the subject “ATHAR data deletion request” or “ATHAR data copy request”. Do not send passwords, login codes or secret keys. When handling the request, we will explain its scope, data that cannot be attributed to you and any necessary retention and its reason.

Local copies: Cloud account deletion does not erase records from your devices, exports or recipients you shared with. Delete conversations through companion tools and use available tools for other data or clear app/site data in device/browser settings. You can export app data from Settings before deletion. Disabling personal context or deleting a local conversation does not undo earlier MiniMax processing; contact us for assistance regarding that data.

12. Children and policy changes

Core local features do not request age or contact details. Under its published terms, the MiniMax service used by “Ask ATHAR” is not intended for children under 16; do not use it or provide a child’s data if the service’s requirements are not met. Contact us if you believe a child’s data was submitted through ATHAR so we can investigate its removal.

We may update this policy when features or data handling change. The update date appears above, and the current policy remains available here without an account. We will provide in-app disclosure or seek permission when a new feature requires it.

13. Privacy contact
